-Maintenance or support based on contract basis. Provided by monthly or yearly contract.
-Onsite Support will be dispatched 24/7/4 or NBD
-Full Assessment and Documentation on ‘Client’ IT assets and environment.
-Included Phone, Email and Remote Support for quicker support and total convenience.
-Higher priority than Adhoc service.
